We (Poshizone) have the right to amend, alter or disable the policy at any time. The changes will be applicable as they are made. We’ll notify all the users by displaying the update notice prominently on the website.

We are aimed to satisfy our users and give them a state-of-the-art shopping experience. We have a solid policy to deal with refunds and returns. Our focus is to develop a trustworthy shopping place where you can spend your money with a sense of safety.

We offer a refund and return until 30 days after your purchase. After this period, we do not entertain any requests. The product should be unused and intact to claim a refund or return. In case of any damages by you or used product, we do not entertain any complaints.

Similarly, the change of mind is not applicable for returns and refunds, and the product must be in genuine packing for claiming a return.

We ensure safe delivery and offer an exchange for damage during this process. To claim it, you must submit an unboxing video that proves damage during the shipping process.

As we present a wide variety of products for our valued users, many products are not included for return or exchange. This group may consist of flowers, food, vegetables, magazines, newspapers, and other perishable products.

Intimate and sanitary products, flammable liquids and gases, or dangerous materials are also not accepted for return or refund. Furthermore, the following products are also not subject to return claims.

  • Software products (Downloadable or CDs)
  • Gift cards and other fragile items
  • Personal care items and health-related products.

To claim your return or exchange, you need to provide the following:

  • Receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Genuine packaging
  • An unboxing video in case of claiming an exchange for receiving a damaged product

We (Poshizone) have right to refuse any return and refund if it doesn’t meet the above stated criteria.

We do not recommend returns to the manufacturer. So, please do not return any product to the manufacturer to get our professional assistance.

In the following cases, we do not provide a full refund.

  • Item is Returned after 30 days of purchase when return claim was initiated in last day of claim validity. It depends upon approval of your request.
  • VHS tapes, DVDs, CDs, video games, vinyl records, or cassette tapes have been unboxed from the manufacturer’s packaging.

Refunds

We value our customers and maintain good communication. Upon receiving your return, we inspect the item completely and send an email acknowledgment. After the completion of the inspection, we will inform you through email for approval or rejection of your refund claim.

In case your refund claim is approved, we process your refund and complete it through a proper channel for payment, whether through crediting your credit card or any other payment method. Upon acceptance of your claim, we will send you an email with your claim details and the time frame for a refund.

Delayed or missing refunds

Sometimes refunds take a bit longer time to be posted. So if you don’t receive a refund within said time, take the following steps.

  • Check your bank account once again.
  • Consult your credit card company if you use a credit card payment method.
  • Contact your bank. Sometimes transactions are processed a bit slower.
  • If you have checked all and didn’t receive your payment, contact our support with proof of claim approval.

Sale items

Return and refund do not apply to sale items. This policy applies to only regular-priced items, excluding some specific things.

Exchange and replaces

An exchange or replacement claim is only entertained if the product gets damaged or defective due to our error. You need to provide video proof that you received an already damaged or defective item. Change of mind does not apply to it.

Shipping charges are your responsibility and are not refundable in any case. It will be deducted from your refund if you do not reimburse the shipping cost.

We do not specify any time frame for product delivery or refund because of the variety of destinations and distance variance. On returning a more valuable item, please use a trackable courier service or use shipping insurance. We don’t ensure that we will accept and approve your returned thing.
